Below we provide practical tips in case the broadcast is not visible on your device:
1. REFRESH THE BROWSER WINDOW
If you are using WINDOWS
Chrome – Windows: Hold Ctrl and press F5.
Firefox – Windows: Hold Ctrl and press F5.
Internet Explorer – Hold Ctrl and press F5
(or click the Refresh button on the toolbar).
If you are using a MAC computer
Chrome – Hold ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift and press R.
Safari – Hold ⇧ Shift and click the Refresh button in the toolbar.
Firefox – Hold ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift and press R.
2. CHAT /QUESTIONS, COMMENTS/
A chat will be available during the webinar and before it starts. The chat box is located in the upper right corner. To be able to ask questions and comment, please join the chat in one of the three available options: by joining as a guest, logging in to the Vimeo website, logging in via your Facebook profile. After entering your name and accepting the regulations, the chat will be available. The chat window can be reduced or disabled by clicking the … icon in the upper right corner. To make the chat visible in full screen mode, you must first enable it. If you open full screen mode and do not enable chat, you will only be able to participate in it after returning from full screen mode and activating it.
If you cannot hear the broadcast after it has started, please click the CLICK TO UNMUTE inscription in the upper part of the broadcast window or turn on the sound via the bottom bar in the Vimeo player
